Job description
- Strong scripting skills, like Perl, Python, or UNIX shell.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience providing application production support for mission-critical applications
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control tools (Perforce/Clear Case)
- Knowledge of ITIL Principles.
