As a Courtesy Clerk, you greet and welcome each customer who visits our store in a polite and friendly manner. You will assist customers in locating products on the shelves, ensure the customer’s items are bagged, assist in returning goods that are dropped by customers at the point of payment back to the appropriate shelves, and keep a tidy store.
You will have:
Good communication and listening skills
Exceptional customer service skill is also very important. The courtesy clerk has to make sure that the customer gets an amazing shopping experience by answering, directing, and helping them to shop
Other requirements include basic literacy and math skills, a minimum age requirement of 16 years, and stamina to stand for extended periods
