Full Job Description

Rich Harvest Farms is a unique ultra-private golf club located 50 miles west of downtown Chicago. Servers assist with all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation including but not limited to event setup, event operations, event cleanup, a la carte service, server and housekeeping side work.

JOB RESPONIBILITIES

• To assist in care and maintenance of all buildings RHF has Food/Beverage functions within
• To maintain a clean work area and clean storage area where all Food/Beverage supplies are held
• To assist in inventory on all Food/Beverage items
• To assist other Servers with their tasks should they need
• To use all Food/Beverage equipment and chemicals properly and in a safe manner
• Provide superior service
• Use proper hygiene and hand-washing as is consistent with Illinois Department of Health policies
• To assist in training of new hires
• To insure quality standards are met in all facets of Food/Beverage operations
• Keeping areas stocked and ordering supply when necessary
• Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs. without restriction
• Use hands to handle and feel objects, tools, and other controls
• Must be able to work in close quarters and be exposed to hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions and work environmental factors including noise, dust, and smoke
• Must be able to work without direct supervision at times
• Prefer individuals that are able to work the complete season (May 1- October 31) but can make accommodations as necessary
