About The Role
Our Assistant General Managers (Deputy Managers) work alongside the General Manager and Head Chef ensuring the smooth running of the business and maintain the high standards that have become expected from our guests
The role ensures operational excellence within our teams and is a vital role in developing the next managers, working with budgets and forecasts, health & safety and compliance along with working with the General Manager to help strategically build on the current success of the business.
