This position summarizes that I maintain customer portfolios, expand the customer base and ensure that clients' needs are satisfied while generating revenue for the company.

This is an international pharmaceutical company based in Istanbul Turkey. I was one of the contact persons for the company that responded to clients' requests, complaints, and inquiries. I doubled as a customer service and sales personnel.

This Istanbul-based medical facility is into international medical tourism. We hosted patients from all over the world daily who had to visit Turkey for one medical procedure, ranging from aesthetics to major surgical intervention, or another. Here, I grew into a Senior Sales Consultant who in addition to regular sales activities was involved in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
