In general, I provide support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities, including making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems and ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
I do the Follow-up of visas, airline tickets and associated necessary processes for the employees travelling in job missions in the country and abroad; i take care of all necessary administrative and financial tasks like transport, accommodation, meals and pocket money/allowances.
