Wayne Cessar Leonardo

My name is Wayne Cessar Leonardo, I am 49 years old with 30 years’ Work Experience and Education. My work experience includes both the Private and Public Sector.

Presently I work from my Home Office, as a Certified Travel Agent/Travel Specialist as an Affiliate of Evolution/Archer Travel Group, who are based in the US. My main duties entail planning and executing all types of Travel, such as Leisure, Business, Sport, Group, Cruise Travel.

Prior to being Home Based, I held the following Posts listed below. These Posts gave me extensive experience and skills in Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Staff Management and Logistic Management. I have also done Hospitality/Tourism Management and Digital Management Online Courses.

·         Manager of the 3rd largest Sales Distribution Centre for the Belize Brewing Company Limited, Bowen & Bowen, for 6 years. Belize Brewing Company Limited is the producer of Belikin Beer and Coca Cola products in Belize. As a Manager at Belize Brewing Company Limited I gained intense Managerial Skills by managing all operational aspects of the Orange Walk Sales Distribution Centre along with a staff of 65 personnel. The operational aspect included, human resources, warehousing products, logistics and vehicle fleet. Details of my responsibilities can be seen in my resume.

·         Banking experience as a Mortgage, Business and Personal Loans Officer for 6 years at CIBC-FirstCaribbean International Bank, formally Barclays Bank.

·         Manager for Cerberus Security for Bowen & Bowen. I was responsible for all aspects of Physical Security for most of Bowen & Bowen’s Employees, locations and Assets.

·         My experience in the Public Sector was as a Military Officer in the Belize Defence Force. I served 10 years and retired at the rank of Captain.  The Military thought me great Leadership and Command Skills. Details of my assignments held in the Military can be seen in my resume.

During my years of being formally employed I ensured to leave each employment with a clean record and with the possibility of being re-hired. I have always been loyal, hardworking and productive.
