I spearheaded end-to-end maintenance operations and installed mechanical equipment in the flour milling, feed milling plant, and silos (Buhler Switzerland), and auxiliaries, with a flour Capacity of 850 tons per day and +1000 tons per day of animal feed. I supervised operational performance and directly reported to the CEO. I supported, guided, monitored, and collaborated with a team comprising of 37 skilled personnel, including lead mechanics, electricians, welders/ fabricators, mechanics, lathe machine operators, fluting machine operators, lubrication men, carpenter, plumber, and painters. I maintained the mills according to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and a member of the HACCP Team. I completed all mechanical maintenance activities in accordance with accepted standards and specifications. • Enhanced operational efficiency by coordinating with other departments for proper scheduling of maintenance activities. • Designed, fabricated, and installed revised system in the plant. • Ensured continuous process improvement by developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs. • Assured timely availability of spare parts by controlling inventory management operations. • Maintained proper functioning of all service systems, such as electricity supply, water supply, compressors, fire alarm systems, and fire-fighting equipment. • Executed all operations in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 OHSAS (Occupational Health and safety Advisory Services) standard. I oversaw and ensured the successful management of single and multiple projects within scope, safety, quality, time, and cost constraints. Supervised the erection, installation, and commissioning of complex and modern machinery.
