01. Ensure smooth daily operations of automotive parts sales. 02. Visit & monitoring at dealers point in order to check and ensure the operations of their workshop as per company rules. 03. Monitor dealers, authorized service center, mechanics & parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service. 04. Look after the workshop activities of branches & dealers in order to educate the concern to sell genuine parts. 05. Monitoring and assisting all branches and dealers of all models of catalogues, special tools, tachometer, battery charger and ATS. 06. Prepare monthly parts orders based on our demand and stock after the next 3 months estimated sales. 07. After launching a new model vehicle, prepare the initial kit parts & technological modification parts order through Technical Bulletin. 08. Follow-up all branches & dealers parts inventory, stock, location wise decorated and monitor our warehouse management and delivery process from the Central Spare Parts Department. 09. Analysis job card for tracking the consumption of genuine spare parts. 10. Communicate with the quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations and daily service activities. 11. Assembly plant, Factory service & parts support for cripple vehicles from all Branches & Dealers. 12. Analysis of all branches & dealers activities and performance based on service information data. 13. Ensure parts picking, packing, billing, parts matching with the bill and finally On time delivery of spare parts to customers and dealers as per requirements. 14. Maintaining and controlling the documents and ensuring all documentations as per standard. 15. Maintain strong relations with all branches, Dealers and customers. 16. Technically, expert of catalogue use and huge product knowledge in all models vehicles. 17. Identify wrong, damage, unknown, alternative parts & solve Dealer claims quickly about spare parts any shortage/damage or any other problem. 18. Cooperate team members to get better output and achieve the target. 19. Information sharing to Dealer for parts availability after Material Receiving Report (MRR). 20. To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
