Roles and responsibilities: • Achieving sales target through existing channel partners as well as expanding channel partners network , Industries and OEM’s business in Andra pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh state for FHP motors, Industrial Fan, ECM axial blower. • Monitored and achieved of annual sales budget year after year by continuously working on customer and prospect management and territory management. • Achieve sales numbers within the cost of acquisition target. • Work with channel partners to create customer pull and facilitate secondary sales. • complete sales process throughout the year by enquiry generation ,sales pitch , order realization and payment realization. • Premium product launch and ensure the placement of premium product. • Product placement ,visibility and recall in secondary market through regular campaign and visits in association with technical department. • Analysis of drawback areas and focus on competition strategies & working out counter measures. • Liaising between company ,clients and distribution of stock.
Achieved annual sales target through existing dealers as well as by acquisition of new dealers , Industries and OEM’s business in Bangalore urban and other five rural districts in Karnataka state for LT motors and FHP motors • Achieved sales target from industries of Sugar ,Cement, Oil and Gas projects , pumps by providing them techno commercial offer of enquiries , order realization and payment realization. • Effectively managed promotional activities through conducting product presentation / Seminars at customer place , providing glow signboard and certificates to Channel partner’s and OEM’s for product placement and visibility. • Premium product launch and ensure the placement of premium product.
