Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls
  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • Open and close visitor area: locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties: sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, allocate invoices, order and maintain office supplies, manage service and maintenance of all office equipment, manage and maintain mailroom
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.


  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be customer service driven
  • Professional appearance
  • Business casual


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
